I ate here 2 days ago. I used to be a frequent customer, but the quality of the food has definitely gone down. Order a simple dish when visiting, as more complicated dishes tend to not be very good. I ordered the 3 courses for $11.99 Wednesday special. the steak was pretty good. The creamy onion soup was also quite nice. The cheesecake was fine, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Overall, the service and food were pretty average. I wouldn't recommend it.

Food is average and for the price you pay you don't get much food. The server I had was slow as well. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a gift card or someone else is paying for your meal. There are much better options available in the area for a better price and quality.

I have not been to Outback in quite some time. I ordered the unlimited shrimp deal with an Outback Special. The steak was very tough and the shrimp were very small. I ordered the Sweet Potato Fries and they served them burnt. I will not go back to the SLW Outback.

We selected Outback last night for dinner because it is usually a safe choice and I was in the mood or steak. I started with house cabernet sauvignon, which was nice and reasonable. The waiter was friendly and fairly attentive and strove to make a good impression. He quickly brought us our drinks, which included my husband's usually unsweet ice tea with lemon; he got the ice tea just right - so often they forget the lemon. He followed up with the nice warm bread, good as usual for Outback. We ordered the caesar salad as our second side and it came out right after the bread. It was possibly a "2" - limp, very few croutons and not much flavor. I had the 8 oz prime rib, my usual. It was cooked just as I ordered it, medium rare. The au jus was very good and so was the creamy horseradish sauce that came out quickly when I asked for it. The baked potato was good, but the usual. My husband's NY Strip steak was very good! We decided to have dessert, which was "thunder" something: chocolate brownie with ice cream and a frozen whipped cream. It was delicious!

Where do I start? Just like any experience I have had with Outback, long wait nobody in the place. Let's take it in order: 1. No silverware until after appetizer was served. Meaning no napkins either. 2 Served 2 pieces of bread one moldy. 3. Waiter was out of sorts. Would come to the table ask for something and took forever to get back. Usually delivered by someone else. 4. Well done steak came out rare. 5. Some salads had dressing some didn't so as fate would have it a salad was delivered that the consumer was allergic to. 6. side was not delivered with meal. When they finally got it to the table it was cold. Manager gave us a gift card but I doubt I will ever use. Don't think I'll go back.

Came here for a celebration, appetizer and ice cream took us over an hour... The place was empty we just waited and waited then part of our to go order was wrong had to come back in twice since they didn't fix it the first time... Got here at 8:20pm.... Now it's 9:40pm still waiting for a stupid milkshake.... Won't be back...if you can't get it right on a slow night, I can't imagine what it's like when it's busy..the manager was great, but it should never get to the point where you need one....

In a nutshell: Took forever, cold and over cooked. The waitress of great! The manager, not so much. Scroll lower for the longer version: He tried to say that the food was brought out as it was ready which was a bold face lie. We had a large group so good bring it out as its ready but that would mean that it would come out hot. Half the food was cold. And the steak and fish tacos three people got were super over cooked. My sweet potato's butter was melted into the potato which is fine but makes it clear that it wasn't brought out right away bc there is usually a huge amount of butter I can take off. It was also clear they tried to make it look like they brought it out as it was made because three people got food, then 10-15 minutes later 3 more then again 10-15 three more but as previously said there was no way due to the temp of each persons' food. Some were cold some weren't. My steak tacos were not just not medium rare (turns out they don't even do that bc the steak is precooked not cooked whole then sliced and put on the tacos) it was dead as a door nail and cold as ice. They offered something else, I got outback special and the manager said it would be out right away......30 minutes later after everyone was done and I wasn't hungry anymore it came out, it was ok, I couldn't eat the veggies that came with it bc they were over peppered. They offered free dessert. We got a few and coffee, made sure to tip the waitress on everything she did because she was great and now when my Aunt suggests we go here I know to remind her of this trip.

Tipical chain, but the soup and salad makes for a nice light dinner. BUT, interesting happy hour specials. I order a cabernet, which is served in a mini decanter and the bar keep says, you just order this in time for happy hour pricing. 4 minutes later someone sit down and orders the same wine and the bar keep says, I'm sorry but you just missed happy hour. Now my carafe is just over half full and my full price paying neighbor's is filed too the brim. Not work even mentioning.

We were seated very quickly at a table that was very close to other tables. Our waiter was very nice and super pleasant. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, it was awful. Either over cooked or frozen , but nevertheless chewy like rubber bands. We sent it back an requested a bloomin onion. It came quickly and was crispy, which was surprising since it was drenched in oil. My husband ordered the 9 oz sirloin and coconut shrimp with steamed veggies and a dressed baked potato. He ordered his steak mid-rare. It looked practically mooing to me. He likes it that way so he ate it all. I thought it was gross. I ordered the crab-topped tilapia. The tilapia was way over cooked, but I like it that way, so I dug in. When I got to the crab topping it was like an uncooked crab cake on top. It was DISGUSTING! Slimy and salty with a raw egg consistency. I put my fork down and asked the waiter to take it off the bill. The FOH manager took it off and was very sweet, but I got so nauseous from that meal, I WONT EVER GO BACK. Think twice, there are much better chains out there.

Fast service, Great food, Amazing atmosphere. I got the $11.99 Wednesday special. Where you get a salad or soup, entree w/ side, and dessert. I got a caesar salad, medium-rare 6 oz. steak, loaded bake potato, & cheesecake with hot fudge. :) It was all so so delicious.

This is exactly what used to be wrong with America, and obviously still exists in the much less advanced parts of it. Eats: We ordered the crab and avocado stack which is located under their appetizers. For one, this is definitely not crab meat. In NYC we had a similar scandal, so I'm aware of the shady practices that businesses do to create more profit. Most likely this is crawfish and some form of shady guacamole/avocado as well that comes already packaged in small circular tin containers. It tastes ok but it's probably full of so much processed shit that it just should not be served anywhere. Next: I ordered the filet teriyaki medallions. I asked for them medium and got them almost near well done. No problem, they were tasty but not really because of the quality of the meats here, just more so because of the teriyaki and the fact that they didn't flood it with too much. The drinks are cheap in liquor, which is fine, who wants to get drunk in PSL or at Outback? All in all, you get cheap quality ingredients for the price, decent service, and a huge stomach ache if you are used to eating raw foods, organic foods, and/or just super healthy and super fresh foods period. It's basically a higher end McDonald's.

I have eaten here several times, always great, but tonight was very poor. I had probably the worst filet ever, no it was definitely the worst (fat & grizzle & very small). I go to Outback because they are constantly good (not great), no matter where. And I always get the 6 oz Victoria's Filet. However, I am sorry to say this location may be slipping. The rest of our meals were fine and the server was very polite and attentive. Just sad that my main course was so bad.

I absolutely love this outback location. I have been to several different outbacks and this is one of my favorites. The food is always delicious and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The food is fresh and quality. They do a good job by not skimping on the drinks.

The Outback in St Lucie West has a call ahead for seating option. We called them last night and put our name on a list and were told we had a thirty minute wait. We showed up on time, only to find our table now was an hour wait. Clearly they don't care about who calls ahead. We will not go back, there are too many options for our choice of restaurants in our area.
